Any complaints that we handle by a separate agreement with you in accordance with applicable law. Buyer should inspect the product when receiving with a view to identifying possible defects and damage. Of any defects, the buyer must notify the seller within 24 hours of receipt. Later claims are considered. For any damage done by the carrier, we take no responsibility. Damage caused during transport should be resolved with the carrier.
For all products covered by the warranty of 24 months, unless otherwise stated. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal use, for damage caused by improper storage, defects caused by improper use, defects resulting from improper handling or cleaning. If you order the wrong size, the claim can not be accepted, so you can always measure yourself at the tailor. This is especially true of suits and wedding dresses.
The procedure for filing a complaint:
1) Tell us about the complaint in writing in an organized manner, to indicate the reason for the return, your address.
2) Then send the goods by registered post (not on delivery) to our address.
3) Attach the warranty proof of purchase of goods.
Your complaint will be reviewed within 30 working days of receipt of product from the supplier. Claimed dress may not be used or dirty. Defective product is sent back to the seller for delivery will not be accepted.
