We are not VAT payers.
When ordering dresses always indicate your degree and height. Our manufacturer you can sew a dress made to measure, including the color of your choice. The delivery time for such orders is 2 weeks - 2 months.
1) GENERAL PROVISIONS
Performing a binding order, the buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions stated by the seller, which governed the relationship between them, and are also binding on both parties.
2) ORDERING PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
The contract is only the goods specified in the order, the purchase contract. The contract of sale requires a formal confirmation by the seller. The order can also be confirmed without a deposit, depending on the type of goods. If you pay in advance the full amount of goods will be sent as a commercial package. If you pay only a 50% deposit, the goods will be sent cash on delivery, taking over and you are required to pay the remaining amount of 50%. The seller writes the agreement with the buyer to borrow a dress. In the case of returning clothes intact, the seller pays the buyer the difference between the purchase price of dresses and gowns lending value transfer to the buyer.
In the event of significant changes in foreign exchange rates during the period of the order process by the seller, or if significant price changes by the manufacturer, producer or non-delivery of goods, the seller reserves the right to flexibly change the order, in agreement with the buyer, or to unilaterally withdraw from the contract.
3) ORDER CONFIRMATION

4) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
An order can be canceled without giving any reason within 24 hours after posting. Always present name, email address and order number.
5) PACKAGING AND POSTAGE
If in our shop buy wedding dresses or goods with a total value of 200EU, you will get free postage. Free shipping (only in the Czech Republic). This amount we will charge postage according to the valid price list of Czech Post, through which goods sent.
6) DELIVERY TIME
All goods to be ordered from abroad, so it is necessary to count with longer delivery time. If the goods are in stock, the delivery time is within 3 days of receipt of payment to our company account. If you are ordering goods abroad at the manufacturer, the delivery time for wedding dress 3-8 weeks after receipt of payment to our company account. In the event of any change, we will contact you.
7) RETURN OF GOODS
Returns in accordance with the Complaints Procedure and the Act 367/2000 Coll. without giving any reason within 14 days (§ 53 paragraph 7 OZ) is not possible when it comes to sewing clothes tailor-made. The complaint will be accepted, provided that all the conditions set by law. Returns will be resolved within 30 days from the date of delivery of the returned goods to the address of the supplier. If the claim is admitted, and both parties agree to a refund, the costs associated with transportation is not refundable, customer pays postage subsequent to the seller.
8) WARRANTY AND RETURNED
Any complaints we will process an individual agreement with you in accordance with applicable law. Buyer is required goods at the delivery time to detect possible defects and damage. The buyer is obliged to remove the goods and pay the full price. The total price the customer is informed when completing your order before binding confirmation. When not taking cash on delivery the Buyer shall pay Seller the price of goods, postage and incurred costs associated with the order.
In the event of refusal to accept goods sent by carrier on the basis of valid orders confirmed by the seller for other than legitimate reasons, the seller may require the buyer to damages that will be caused by the seller.
